This policy explains what personal data Morris Engineering Software collects when you use dtmgenerator.com and the DTM Generator application, and how we handle it under UK GDPR.
Your survey data
What we do collect
- Account data — your name, email address and encrypted password, used to provide your login and send service emails (receipts, renewal notices, important product updates).
- Payment data — payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details; we receive confirmation of payment and your subscription status. Stripe’s own privacy policy applies to their processing.
- Website usage — basic technical logs (IP address, pages visited) kept by our hosting provider for security, and cookies as described below.
Cookies
The website uses essential cookies for login sessions and, with your consent via the cookie banner, limited analytics/functional cookies. You can change your preferences at any time via the cookie settings link.
How long we keep data
Account data is kept while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards for accounting and legal purposes. You can ask us to delete your account and associated personal data at any time.
Sharing
We don’t sell personal data. We share it only with the processors needed to run the Service — our hosting provider, Stripe for payments, and our email provider — under their standard data processing terms.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete or port your personal data, and to object to or restrict processing. To exercise any of these, email support@dtmgenerator.com. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
